The Role:
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and commission fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites
- Carry out wiring, device installation, testing, and fault finding in line with NFPA codes and local regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on fire alarm systems
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems
- Experience with systems such as Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- NICET certification is beneficial but not essential
