We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team in Horsham. You will take ownership of plant reliability - carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, fixing breakdowns fast, and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep production running smoothly.
If you are a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Fitter, Electrical Engineer, or Shift Engineer ready for your next challenge, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Perform planned and reactive maintenance (PPM and breakdown)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely.
- Carry out maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Support process improvements and reliability projects.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
- Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, HNC).
- A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- £40,976 annual salary.
- Late shift: 14:00-22:30, Monday to Friday.
