HGV Mechanic / Workshop Technician – Immediate Start Location: Edmonton Salary: £50,000+ per year Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm + Alternate Saturdays 7:00am – 12:00pm Why Apply? You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a varied fleet of vehicles and trailers to the highest standards. Key duties include: Carrying out preventive maintenance inspections to DVSA standards Servicing and repairing vehicles/trailers across multiple manufacturers Diagnosing faults with modern diagnostic tools (mechanical/electrical/hydraulic) Preparing vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections Handling defect repairs, parts replacement, tyres/wheel changes Attending breakdowns and performing roadside or running repairs when required Maintaining workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance What We're Looking For Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic / Vehicle Technician Strong skills in diagnostics and repairs across all systems Confident using computer-based diagnostic equipment A flexible, proactive approach with attention to detail Category C licence and CPC preferred (not essential) Apply Now – Immediate Start Available!
