£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £55k+) Hook (within 50-mile radius)

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across a local patch.
  • Reactive and planned maintenance
  • Fault diagnosis and first‑time fixes
  • Working independently on customer sites
  • Participation in a 1-in-7 call‑out rota
  • Managing jobs via Simpro system

Requirements

  • F‑Gas Category 1
  • CSCS / CITB card
  • Strong experience in commercial refrigeration
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
  • Based in or around Hampshire

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • CO₂ experience
  • Commissioning experience
  • Knowledge of Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems
