Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Electricians based in the West Yorkshire area who would be interested in an employed position specialising within industrial environments. Working in such environments as steelworks, power stations and water utility plants, you will conduct electrical installations and works for customers across the UK.
Package:
- £20/hour basic rate
- 37.5 hour basic week, however the guys generally work 46-48 hours per week on site
- Overtime paid after 37.5 hours per week at x1.5 and x2.0
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- A company vehicle (van) would be provided
- Enrolment in Company workplace pension scheme, after probationary period
Role Duties:
- Carry out industrial electrical installations and maintenance for customers across the UK
- Staying away from home during the week on projects, accommodation and travel costs will be provided
- Carrying out full electrical installations of drives, transformers, switchboards, containment and instrumentation
- Working particularly on Siemens brand products
- No call out required
Desired Electrician Profile:
- Fully qualified Electrician
- ECS Gold Card - essential
- 2391 - Inspection & Testing - preferred, not essential
- SHEA Water Card - preferred, not essential
- National Water Hygiene Card - preferred, not essential
- IPAF - preferred, not essential
- PASMA - preferred, not essential
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Able to travel across the UK on projects where required
- Experienced carrying out commercial & industrial electrical works
