We are currently recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Electrician to join an established and growing client of ours who specialise extensively within the Plumbing, Heating and Electrical industry.
Excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation on a full-time fully employed basis, Monday to Friday. The role will include a company van, fuel, pension, holiday pay and the opportunity for overtime.
You’ll need to live in the East Sussex area, and ideally local / commutable to places such as Crowborough, Uckfield, Hailsham, Tunbridge Wells, or East Grinstead.
Job Summary
Working in domestic and residential properties, you’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and fault-finding electrical systems associated with:
- Heating systems
- Ventilation systems
- Boiler wiring (S plans, Y plans) and controls
- Storage heaters
- Air source heat pumps (ASHPs)
- Solar PV systems
Carry out electrical testing and certification in accordance with current regulations. Working as a mobile electrician throughout East Sussex and West Sussex.
Key Skills Required
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Experience with boilers / heating system wiring
- Full UK driving licence
