The Role
- Serve as the on-site engineer handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
- Service, maintain and fault-find on commercial refrigeration & AC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support and mentor junior engineers.
- Assist with commissioning and system optimisation.
- Work independently across customer sites.
- Participate in a 1-in-7 call-out rota.
- Use Simpro system for job management and reporting.
What They're Looking For
- F-Gas Category 1 certification.
- Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning.
- Proven experience handling complex faults and large systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to lead by example and support junior engineers.
- Based in or around Hampshire.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- CO₂ experience.
- Commissioning experience.
- Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems.
- Previous mentoring or supervisory experience.
