Salary: £40,000 + benefits
Location: Glasgow, with travel across Central Belt & Edinburgh
Hours: Monday - Thursday (field/onsite), Friday (office-based in Glasgow)
Responsibilities
- On the tools, supporting the team with installations, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems (Monday to Thursday).
- Office-based on Fridays: managing schedules, reporting, and liaising with clients and senior management.
- Provide supervisory support to the team and contribute to project delivery across multiple sites.
- Travel across Glasgow, the Central Belt, and Edinburgh as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years\\\' experience in the fire and security industry.
- Experience as a senior engineer or team lead.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, access control, and related maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel across Glasgow, the Central Belt, and Edinburgh as required.
