- Diagnosing and fixing faults to keep systems running smoothly
- Working directly with clients and offering solutions tailored to their needs
- Providing great customer service - you will be the face of the company out on site
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and tech through ongoing training

- Solid experience with both fire and security systems
- Comfortable with install, service, and fault-finding

- Full UK driving licence
