Alecto Recruitment is looking to hire a trainee Talent Research & Engagement Consultant to join one of the most important functions within our business. This role sits at the heart of our company and forms part of the engine room of our recruitment operation, helping us identify, attract and engage talented professionals across the specialist sectors we serve.
We are a specialist technical recruitment business situated in The New Stables, Cams Hall Estate, Fareham. The company was founded in 2009 and focuses on sourcing talent across engineering, technical, infrastructure, energy, BMS, fire & security, AV, automotive, plant machinery and related sectors. We work nationally and internationally and have placed candidates globally. Due to continued growth plans and demand across our client base, we are looking to hire within the team.
The position:
You'll be responsible for finding and engaging skilled professionals across specialist engineering and technology sectors, helping them discover career opportunities with some of the UK's leading employers. If you enjoy networking, social media, talking to people and making things happen, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with candidates
- Conducting targeted LinkedIn outreach and InMail campaigns
- Connecting with industry professionals and growing our talent network
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
- Sending job alerts and market updates to relevant candidates
- Advertising opportunities across multiple platforms
- Identifying talent through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Conducting candidate qualification interviews
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM
- Working closely with senior recruiters on live vacancies
