We're partnered with a leading AV integration specialist delivering high quality audio, video, and control solutions across corporate, hospitality, and leisure environments. They're now seeking a Technical Project Manager who can take full ownership of installations, managing everything from client consultation and design through to delivery, commissioning, and handover. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, balancing technical design understanding with strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple AV projects from design to completion.
  • Conduct site surveys and turn client briefs into robust technical solutions.
  • Oversee project costing, scheduling, and installation delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication throughout.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAMS, drawings, and change requests.

  • Confident reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
  • Organised, detail‑driven, and proactive under pressure.
  • Great communicator with clients, engineers, and suppliers alike.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
