An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Audio Visual Engineer to join a growing team working on diverse and innovative national projects. This role focuses on delivering exceptional installation, service, and support for clients across multiple sectors, including corporate, leisure, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain large-format LED displays and video walls.
- Configure and service sound systems for optimal audio performance.
- Set up and troubleshoot video distribution systems such as AVoIP and video matrix solutions.
- Install and program DSP (Digital Signal Processors) for customized sound configurations.
- Provide technical expertise in IT and network infrastructure relevant to AV systems.
- Deliver comprehensive service and support to client sites, ensuring all equipment functions seamlessly.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in audio-visual engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in AV installation, commissioning, and service delivery.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and team members professionally.
