The Company

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fire & Security Engineer to join their established engineering team. The Role
As a Senior Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, fault finding, repairs, and small works across a range of commercial sites throughout London and the surrounding areas. You will be working on a variety of Fire & Security systems while delivering a high standard of customer service and technical support.
Duties Include
- Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on Fire & Security systems.
- Carrying out small works and system upgrades.
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions.
- Testing and commissioning systems where required.
- Completing all relevant paperwork electronically.
- Providing technical support and advice to customers.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Ensuring all work complies with current industry standards and company procedures.
Systems Experience
Experience working on a mixture of the following would be advantageous:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarms
Manufacturer experience such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Notifier, C-Tec, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Hanwha, Avigilon, Gallagher or similar would be beneficial.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
- Strong service and fault finding experience.
- Experience carrying out small works.
- Good knowledge of Fire Alarm and Security systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
