Overview

We are partnering with a respected name in high‑end residential AV, designing and delivering cutting‑edge smart home, lighting control, and automation systems across London and the Home Counties.

This role delivers full project ownership from rack build and system installation to programming and commissioning, working alongside designers and project managers to deliver technically demanding and visually stunning projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and install rack systems for high‑end residential projects.
  • Program and commission Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, KNX, or Rako‑based control systems.
  • Interpret architectural schematics and ensure clean, precise installations.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers and clients to achieve design intent and user experience goals.
  • Provide post‑installation support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.

Skillset

  • Strong track record delivering AV projects in high‑end homes.
  • Confidence with programming: Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, KNX, or Rako.
  • Deep knowledge of AV signal paths, control systems, and IP networking.
  • Skilled in interpreting schematics and delivering meticulous, clean installs.
