We are partnering with a premium property maintenance company that has redefined how tradespeople serve the residential market. Known for exceptional service and 5‑star customer experiences, they work in some of the most prestigious, high‑end homes across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, and surrounding areas.
Salary and Package
- £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Additional monthly/quarterly bonuses – strong OTE and earning potential of £60k‑£65k+
- Overtime and enhanced out‑of‑hours rates
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role
As a Domestic Plumbing and Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Boiler repairs, breakdowns & maintenance
- Heating system servicing
- Diagnostics and high‑quality fault finding
- Boiler installations
- Basic plumbing duties
- Working across luxury residential homes in SW and West London
No two days will be the same and you’ll be trusted to deliver a gold‑standard service to high‑end clients. Opportunity for a senior‑level engineer to potentially progress in time, and into leading and overseeing other engineers.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8‑10 years’ experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)
- Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Willingness to do some plumbing work, plumbing qualifications also an advantage
- Must live within commuting distance of the West London, or SW London area
- A full UK driving licence is essential
