Domestic Electrician – Heating Systems
38k-42k Base Salary + Company Van + Benefits + Overtime
Location – Lewisham / Catford / Deptford / New Cross
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Electrician to join an established and growing client of ours who specialise extensively within the Plumbing, Heating and Electrical industry.
Excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation and on a full-time fully employed basis, Monday to Friday. The role will include a company van, fuel, pension, holiday pay and the opportunity for overtime.
You\’ll need to live in the South East London area , and local to places such as Lewisham, Catford, Deptford and New Cross.
Job Summary:
- Working in domestic and residential properties (mainly social housing), you\’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and fault-finding electrical systems associated with:
- Heating systems
- Ventilation systems
- Boiler wiring (s plans, y plans) and controls
- Storage heaters
- Air source heat pumps (ASHPs)
- Carry out electrical testing and certification in accordance with current regulations
Key Skills Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Experience with boilers / heating system wiring
- Full UK driving licence
Qualified Electrician, Solar PV Electrician, BS 7671:2018, 2391 Testing & Inspect, JIB Gold Card, AM2, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Domestic Electrician, Electrical Boiler Wiring, S plans, Y Plans, Storage Heaters
