What You Bring
- GCSE/NVQ (or equivalent) plus CPC qualification
- Strong leadership experience in an operational environment — waste sector experience is a bonus
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage people
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and performance
- Excellent communication skills and solid IT ability
- Full UK driving licence (LGV Class2 desirable)
