We're looking for a top-tier AV Installer / Technician who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and wants to be part of a team delivering high-end residential and commercial AV systems. This is an opportunity to work on complex, rewarding projects, not repetitive basic installs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing AV systems including audio, video, control, and networking
- Pre-wire through trim-out on residential and/or commercial sites
- Building and dressing equipment racks to a high standard
- Installing structured cabling (Cat6, fiber)
- Mounting displays, speakers, and hardware
- Testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
- Supporting clients with walkthroughs and system demos
What We're Looking For
- 3-8+ years AV installation experience
- Strong knowledge of: AV systems & integration, Structured cabling & low voltage, Rack building and job site best practices
- Experience with systems such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron preferred
- Ability to work independently or lead small teams
- Pride in clean installs and attention to detail

- Base Salary: $55K - $80K (depending on experience)
