What You\’ll Do
- Attend nationwide breakdowns and emergency call-outs, delivering rapid repairs
- Carry out servicing, inspections, and installations of overhead cranes, hoists, gantries, and lifting systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural faults; apply permanent fixes or safe temporary repairs
- Complete inspection reports, service documentation, and ensure compliance with safety legislation
- Maintain strong customer service and represent the company on-site with professionalism
- Travel and overnight stays as required
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer / Crane Engineer / Mechanical-Electrical Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Able to work independently and handle client-facing situations confidently
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Flexible to travel and stay away when needed
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and solution-focused
