A leading building services and facilities management contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to deliver commercial and industrial HVAC projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This role suits a technically competent Project Manager with a strong HVAC background, capable of managing projects from design coordination through to commissioning and final handover, within a structured and well-established organisation.
Role Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, typically valued between £100k and £2m+
- Overseeing installation of:
- Chillers and heat pumps
- VRV / VRF systems
- AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Associated controls and BMS interfaces
- Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations
- F-Gas regulations
- Company quality and site procedures
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and plant
- Experience delivering commercial HVAC projects within London
- Ability to manage programmes, costs, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of UK Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
