We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry to join a reputable and fast-growing organisation based in London.
You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to final handover, ensuring all works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Fire & Security installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead and support installation teams to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate and oversee subcontract labour when required
- Carry out site visits, progress checks, and provide hands-on support when needed
- Maintain full compliance with industry standards (BS5839, NSI, FIA)
- Produce and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security sector
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder systems
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working from the office and travelling across London for projects
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £50,000 - £60,000 base salary
- Car allowance or company car
