We're working with a growing IT services provider based in London who are looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their service desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to join a fast-paced environment with clear progression into 2nd line support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Logging, managing, and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop issues
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
- Building strong relationships with end users
Tech environment:
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Active Directory (user management, password resets)
- Windows 10/11
- Basic networking (VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
What we're looking for:
- 6-18 months' experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Passion for IT and willingness to learn
Package:
- £25,000-£34,000
