We're seeking an experienced AV professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional installations, mentoring others, and representing a business professionally on-site. This isn't a role for someone who wants to be told what to do every day. It's for someone who wants ownership.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Conduct site quality checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Support, coach and develop junior engineers and apprentices
  • Contribute to service, maintenance and remedial works when required

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

You are technically strong, calm under pressure and confident making decisions on-site. You understand that great AV installations aren't just about technical ability - they're about communication, leadership and attention to detail.

You’ll likely have:

  • Significant experience installing commercial AV systems
  • Strong understanding of AV signal flow and integration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Experience leading engineers on-site
  • A full UK driving licence
  • SSSTS certification

  • CTS or CTS-I certification
  • Experience delivering large, multi-room or high-profile AV projects
  • Electrical, electronic or network engineering training

  • £35,000 to £50,000 per annum
  • Company pension
  • Company vehicle (where required)
  • Ongoing manufacturer and industry training
  • Professional certification support
  • Opportunities to progress into senior technical and project leadership roles

The Role

Location: Cotswolds / M4 Corridor (surrounding areas)
Travel: Regular site visits with occasional overnight stays
Team Leadership: AV Technicians and Apprentices
Environment: Commercial AV installation projects across a variety of customer sectors

Why Join Us?

Because you'll be trusted to do what you do best. You'll work with a company that values quality over shortcuts, invests in its people, and gives experienced engineers the authority to lead projects properly.
