You'll operate from a fully equipped mobile van unit, handling daily/weekly repairs and inspections across multiple locations, with the Chertsey repair yard taking care of the heavy rebuilds. What You'll Be Doing
- Daily mobile site visits - tackling small and large plant repairs straight from your van.
- Breakdowns & emergency works - using the software system to map jobs, log issues, and keep workflow tight.
- On‑site inspections - spotting wear, tear, abuse, neglect, and future failures before they become expensive problems.
- Close‑out reporting - sending HQ a clear summary of what you fixed, what you found, and what needs planning.
- Hot‑works & welding - welding experience is a strong advantage; plenty of repairs need it.
- Supporting the Chertsey yard - major repairs go back to base, but your reports drive the workflow.
