Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Class 4 & 7 MOT testing - completing MOTs accurately, safely, and in line with DVSA requirements.
Vehicle servicing & repairs - from routine maintenance to more involved mechanical work.
Diagnostics & fault-finding - using modern diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and correctly.
Workshop standards - keeping the workspace tidy, safe, and compliant.
Clear reporting - updating job cards, communicating findings, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Team contribution - working alongside experienced technicians who value professionalism and pride in the job.
What You Need to Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Car Technician / MOT Tester.
Class 4 & 7 MOT licence and confidence in carrying out accurate, compliant tests.
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
A reliable, professional approach - someone who takes ownership of their work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a solid workshop team.
