Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are an established specialist within the building management systems sector. The business designs, manufactures, installs and commissions building management systems (BMS). They have been operating for over 20 years.

This position will be responsible for estimating BMS Project works and providing quotations to prospective customers.

The Role:

  • Estimating BMS project works using approved estimating tool
  • Producing BMS points lists
  • Selecting BMS Products and field control items
  • Costing the manufacture of control panels
  • Estimating the cost associated with the electrical installation works
  • Producing and sending quotation documents to meet enquiry deadlines

Requirements:

  • This role will already suit someone within the BMS Sector within sales or estimating, however my client is also willing to consider experience as an engineer, commissioning engineer who is keen to come off the tools
  • Ideally you will have a high and demonstrable knowledge of BMS & HVAC Control applications
  • Good understanding of all types of HVAC Plant
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents
  • Ability to read and understand electrical control panel drawings and plant schematics
  • To be approachable and supportive

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Superb Benefits
