Salary & Benefits
  • Standard Fitter: £18.75 - £19.50 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Experienced Crusher Fitter: Up to £25.00 per hour
  • Overtime paid at Time and a Half
  • Ongoing training and development

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • Every other Saturday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
The Role
  • Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a wide range of crushing and screening equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
  • Minimise machine downtime and maximise equipment performance.
  • Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
  • Liaise with management regarding parts requirements and job progress.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and within company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering, or similar.
  • Previous experience working on crushing and screening equipment.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Own toolkit preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
