We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join a leading fire and security company based in London. This is a high-responsibility role overseeing multiple projects across commercial and residential sectors, where quality, compliance, and client satisfaction are paramount. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate fire and security projects from initial planning to final handover
Oversee installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Plan and allocate resources, monitor budgets, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all works meet regulatory standards, industry best practices, and client requirements
Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing fire and security projects of varying complexity
Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, standards, and regulations
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
