My client is looking for a 3D Sprinkler Design Engineer to join their established fire protection division. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant sprinkler systems for commercial projects across the UK.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce accurate sprinkler system designs using 3D CAD modelling and BIM coordination tools
  • Work from initial concept through to installation drawings, ensuring LPCB and BS EN standards compliance
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Calculate hydraulic requirements and prepare technical submissions
  • Keep up to date with the latest codes, standards, and best practices in fire suppression

What you’ll need:

  • LPCB Basic Design qualification advantageous
  • Proven experience in sprinkler system design within the UK market
  • Strong 3D CAD / BIM skills (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of LPC rules, BS EN 12845, and relevant fire safety legislation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
