Body Shop Administrator – Maidstone 28,000 Motor Trade Experience Preferred
A well-established body shop in Maidstone is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support its busy team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in motor trade administration-whether from a body shop, service department, or dealership environment.
The Role:

Processing job cards and invoicing

Booking in work and updating customers
-
Liaising with insurers, suppliers, and technicians

General office admin and support duties

Using Keyloop/Kerridge (basic knowledge preferred, but not essential)
Hours & Salary:
-
28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
-
45 hours per week
-
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Half-hour lunch break
-

No weekend work
What We\’re Looking For:

Admin experience in a body shop, service desk, or motor trade setting

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic familiarity with Keyloop/Kerridge would be beneficial
