Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are a UK Leading specialist within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector. A reputable and established business who now have a superb opportunity for a BMS Professional to join the sales division within major projects.

The Position:

  • The position will work closely with the UK Sales Director for Major Projects along with supporting the sales department.
  • Assisting in targeting consultants / contractors and end users in the region to secure BMS projects and energy orders.
  • Assisting in nurturing and developing relationships with consultants, specifiers and end users via technical presentations of integrated systems and building management products.
  • Assisting in the estimating process in pulling together pricing of project works ranging from £10k to £2m.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking an ambitious individual who is passionate about the building management systems / building energy management systems sector.
  • Ideally you will have a desire to enter into sales.
  • Ideally you will have some experience within the building management systems (BMS) OR BEMS sector.
  • Self motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Have excellent customer service skills and organisational skills.

The position offers a superb platform to move into a full commercial level sales management or business development level position within a superb industry. The role can also suit an experienced engineer or commissioning engineer who is interested in transitioning your career into a more commercial level and off the tools role.
