Alecto Recruitment is working with a reputable and established specialist within the building management systems (BMS) industry who work on some of the most exciting and leading projects across the UK.
Due to their continued growth across Major Projects, they are looking to hire a Contract Manager in a key commercial position for the business. The position will cover Buckinghamshire and into London.
Salary:
- £80,000 - £85,000
- £7,297 Car Allowance
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
- Private healthcare
- 7.5% Pension and rising to 10% with service
- Competitive sick pay

The Role:
- Reporting to the operations manager
- Responsibility to protect the commercial interest of the business
- Full cost management of all projects including monthly cost to complete reviews
- Ensure compliance with company H&S and CDM Requirements
- Attend site progress meetings
- Overall responsibility for management of project variations and interim application for payment from supply chain
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have experience working from within the BMS / BEMS sectors
- Have strong commercial expertise and experience
- Experience within senior level project management or contract management positions
- Excellent experience across budget management and P&L knowledge and experience
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
