Automatic Gate & Barrier Engineer - Birmingham

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing specialist in the automatic gate and barrier industry. They're looking to add an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to their team to support continued growth across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The Role:
- Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on automated gates, barriers, and access control systems
- Covering residential and commercial sites across South East and South London
- Carrying out routine maintenance and reactive call-outs
- Liaising with customers to deliver high-quality service and technical support
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years' experience working with automated gates and barriers
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Confident working on swing/sliding gates, barriers, motors, control panels, and safety devices
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- DHF, Gate Safe, or CSCS certifications are desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
