Are you an experienced AV Installation Engineer ready to step into a senior role with a forward-thinking and innovative team? Our client, a leading provider of audio-visual and display solutions across a range of sectors, is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role:

As an Audio Visual Installation Engineer, you will take a hands-on leadership role within the wider installation team, ensuring successful project delivery on-site. You'll be responsible for leading installations from planning through to completion, liaising with project managers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Projects are varied and span multiple sectors - including commercial, education, retail, and corporate - so adaptability and professionalism are key. This role will require travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site AV and display installations, working closely with internal teams and clients
  • Interpret technical drawings, project briefs, and scope of works
  • Act as site lead/project lead, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality installations
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met
  • Carry out system testing and basic commissioning
  • Maintain health and safety standards on-site

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in AV/display installation
  • Proven experience as a site lead or project lead on installation projects
  • Confident with mounting display systems, running cables, and configuring AV hardware
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
