- What you'll be doing
- Lead on technical pre-sales activity, including client meetings, site surveys, and solution scoping.
- Design integrated AV systems, produce detailed documentation such as schematics and bills of materials, and contribute to tenders and proposals.
- Deliver technical presentations, support bid responses, and act as the technical authority on complex projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and aligned with project requirements.
- Stay close to new AV technologies, advise on product selection, and work with manufacturers to shape solutions that meet client needs.
What we're looking for
- Strong background in AV integration with experience in pre-sales or solutions design.
- Solid technical knowledge across AV systems, video conferencing, and control platforms, with confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Certifications such as CTS or experience with Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS would be a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
