What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing, setting up, and operating audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment for live events
  • Supporting the technical delivery of events on-site - ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Loading, unloading, and checking kit pre- and post-event
  • Liaising with clients, producers, and internal teams to meet event requirements
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the fly to keep events running at a high standard
  • Maintaining and caring for equipment - ensuring it’s in top working condition

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in live events AV - ideally across corporate and/or creative events
  • Hands-on skills with sound desks, projectors, LED screens, microphones, lighting rigs, and video playback systems
  • A great communicator who stays calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and a good level of technical troubleshooting
  • A full UK driving licence (preferable) and willingness to travel as required
