We're working with a growing IT services provider based in London who are looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their service desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to join a fast-paced environment with clear progression into 2nd line support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Logging, managing, and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop issues
  • Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
  • Building strong relationships with end users

Tech environment

  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Active Directory (user management, password resets)
  • Windows 10/11
  • Basic networking (VPNs, DNS, DHCP)

What we're looking for

  • 6-18 months' experience in IT support or helpdesk
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Passion for IT and willingness to learn
