The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of installation, dismantling, maintenance and refurbishment of modular accommodation and welfare units both on customer sites and within workshop environments. Typical duties include:

  • Installing and dismantling modular accommodation units
  • Fitting and removing partitions, ceilings, floors and fittings
  • Refurbishment and fit‑out work
  • Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Maintenance of canteen and toilet facilities
  • Replacing locks, handles and fixtures
  • General repair, assembly and maintenance tasks
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Supporting lifting and installation operations
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards
  • Providing a professional service on customer sites

This is a client‑facing role, so a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within maintenance, fitting, refurbishment or installation environments
  • Basic plumbing, joinery or general building maintenance skills
