- Travelling to client sites to diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults across a range of plant machinery
- Carrying out preventative maintenance so equipment stays safe, compliant, and productive

- Building genuine relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable service
- Keeping accurate job sheets and parts records — because good engineers document their work
Is this you?
- NVQ Level 2 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Solid hands-on experience with plant machinery — ideally from plant hire or construction
- You can diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults without being told exactly where to look
- You manage your own time and workload without needing someone standing over you
- You hold a clean, valid UK driving licence
- You're safety-conscious, proactive, and know how to talk to a client without making them feel like a number
