We are seeking an experienced Crestron Home and Lutron Smart Home / Residential AV Programmer to join a growing smart home and residential AV specialist. This role will involve programming, commissioning, fault-finding, and supporting high-end residential projects across London and the surrounding areas. You will be working on premium smart home installations, delivering seamless user experiences across lighting, AV, control systems, and integrated technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programming and commissioning Crestron Home systems
  • Programming, commissioning, and integration of Lutron lighting control systems (RA2, RA3, HomeWorks)
  • Supporting residential AV systems including audio distribution, video distribution, and home cinema
  • System testing, optimisation, and handover to clients
  • Fault-finding and diagnostics of control and AV systems
  • Working closely with installers, project managers, and clients
  • Providing post-installation support and system updates when required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience programming Crestron Home
  • Strong experience with Lutron smart lighting systems
  • Background in Residential AV / Smart Home integration
  • Good understanding of IP networking within AV environments
  • Ability to fault-find and resolve system issues efficiently
  • Professional, client-facing approach
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with Control4, Savant, or similar platforms
  • Experience commissioning high-end residential projects
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or HVAC integration
