The Role

  • Installation, servicing and maintenance of fire and electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, Fire Alarms)
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Plan and manage your workload to maximise efficiency
  • Complete accurate service and maintenance reports
  • Identify system improvements and compliance issues
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with wider teams and support functions
  • Aim to resolve issues on first visit wherever possible

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience working with fire security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control, fire alarms)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
