The Role
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of fire and electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, Fire Alarms)
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Plan and manage your workload to maximise efficiency
- Complete accurate service and maintenance reports
- Identify system improvements and compliance issues
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively with wider teams and support functions
- Aim to resolve issues on first visit wherever possible
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience working with fire security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control, fire alarms)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence
