Alecto Recruitment is partnering with an established company within the Anaerobic Digestion sector who is seeking an experienced Feedstock & Digestate Manager to join their team in Peterborough.

The Role will require:
- Identify feedstock sources and opportunities.
- Cultivate leads and track them through to completion.
- Organise, plan, and schedule feedstock deliveries across the portfolio of sites, ensuring they arrive on time and to expected specifications.
- Maintain a testing and monitoring regime on new and existing feedstock lines.
- Internal teamwork with operations, finance, and maintenance teams.
- Engagement with farmers, contractors, suppliers, and landowners.
- High levels of autonomy and initiative.
- Understanding of procurement strategies to balance operational and financial requirements of the sites.
- Supporting the operations team as required for major works including de-grits.
Your experience and skills:
- Higher education/degree in a relevant field e.g. Agriculture, Agronomy etc.
- Additional qualifications such as FACTS are desired but not essential.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Experience working in the anaerobic digestion, commercial farming, or waste sector.
