AV Commissioning Engineer
Salary: GBP40000 - GBP45000 per annum + Negotiable at interview

We’re working with a growing, forward‑thinking AV integrator delivering high‑end commercial projects across Leicester. They’re looking for a technically strong AV Commissioning Engineer to take systems from “installed” to “exceptional.”
If you enjoy fine‑tuning systems, solving complex integration challenges, and being the final authority before handover — this role is built for you.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the final stages of AV delivery — ensuring systems are configured, optimised, and performing exactly as designed.
You’ll be:
- Testing signal flow, networking, and system performance
- Fault‑finding and resolving integration issues
- Working from schematics and design documentation
- Supporting install teams during project completion
- Delivering client demonstrations and user handovers
- Supporting post‑install optimisation where required
This role requires strong technical confidence, structured thinking, and a professional client‑facing approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven AV commissioning experience (commercial projects)
- Strong understanding of signal flow & AV networking
- Experience commissioning VC, control systems & DSP
- Confident faultfinder
- Professional client communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
