Our client, a level 3 LPCB approved sprinkler contractor, is actively looking to hire a lead sprinkler design engineer with a minimum of LPCB basic exam completed. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business as it continues to grow throughout 2026/27. The role offers hybrid working with one day in the office and the rest working from home or site. The successful applicant will also be fast‑tracked to managing a team of design engineers if desired for career progression.
Qualifications
- LPCB Basic Exam completed and passed.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of sprinkler system designs for a variety of applications (large works, small works, LPC Rules, NFPA, FM).
- Design responsibility throughout the project duration.
- Production of technical documentation, installation drawings and coordination models.
- FHC calculations.
- Compliance with the relevant design standards and project specifications.
