We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Solar PV Electrician to join a leading client of ours within the renewable energy sector.
You will need to be based local to the Kent area to be considered, and the opportunity is to join our client on a full time and fully employed basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation of Solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage systems.
- Carrying out inspection, testing and commissioning of new PV systems, including completing relevant certification (MCS, DNO etc).
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on existing PV systems, including inverter replacements and monitoring issues.
- Working together with roofing teams and other trades to deliver efficient installations.
- Working mainly across domestic, new build properties, and commercial.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Testing experience - City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent is preferred.
- UK driving licence.
