I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Junior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to develop their skills, gain hands‑on experience, and progress into a fully‑fledged Service Engineer role.
The Role
- You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Assist with servicing, maintenance & fault finding.
- Support experienced engineers on‑site.
- Learn how to diagnose faults and complete repairs.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks independently as you progress.
- Use Simpro system for job updates and reporting.
What They’re Looking For
- F‑Gas Category 1 (or working towards it).
- Some experience or a qualification in refrigeration / air conditioning.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Reliable, hardworking, and keen to build a long‑term career.
- Experience in commercial refrigeration or AC.
- CSCS / CITB card.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
