I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Junior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress into a fully-fledged Service Engineer role.

The Role

  • You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Assist with servicing, maintenance & fault finding.
  • Support experienced engineers on-site.
  • Learn how to diagnose faults and complete repairs.
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks independently as you progress.
  • Use Simpro system for job updates and reporting.

What They’re Looking For

  • F-Gas Category 1 (or working towards it).
  • Some experience or a qualification in refrigeration / air conditioning.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and keen to build a long-term career.
  • Experience in commercial refrigeration or AC.
  • CSCS / CITB card.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
