A well‑established building services and facilities management contractor is looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their growing London team, supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. The Role
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC systems
- Fault‑finding on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
- Servicing and maintaining:
- Split & multi‑split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment
- Heat pumps and chillers (where applicable)
- Leak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, and recharging systems
- Completing service reports and F‑Gas compliance documentation
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Working in line with F‑Gas and Health & Safety regulations
- Taking part in an on‑call rota (typically 1 in 6 / 1 in 8)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience as an HVAC / AC Service Engineer
- F‑Gas Category 1 licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Good understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Experience with chillers, heat pumps, or ventilation systems
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- IPAF / PASMA
