I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Junior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's looking to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress into a fully-fledged Service Engineer role.

You will be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

  • Assist with servicing, maintenance & fault finding
  • Support experienced engineers on-site
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks independently as you progress

Requirements:

  • F-Gas Category 1 (or working towards it)
  • Some experience or a qualification in refrigeration / air conditioning
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, hardworking, and keen to build a long-term career
  • Experience in commercial refrigeration or AC
  • CSCS / CITB card
  • Basic electrical knowledge
