What You’ll Do
- Attend nationwide breakdowns and emergency call-outs, delivering rapid repairs.
- Carry out servicing, inspections, and installations of overhead cranes, hoists, gantries, and lifting systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural faults; apply permanent fixes or safe temporary repairs.
- Complete inspection reports, service documentation, and ensure compliance with safety legislation.
- Maintain strong customer service and represent the company on-site with professionalism.
- Travel and overnight stays as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer / Crane Engineer / Mechanical–Electrical Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Able to work independently and handle client-facing situations confidently.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
- Flexible to travel and stay away when needed.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and solution-focused.
